What counts as a successful referral?
You send us your friend's details through the form above, they sign up to any SUPA Internet plan, get connected, and stay connected for 30 days. That's it — no minimum spend, no specific plan required.
How much credit do I get?
One full month of your current plan, credited to your next invoice. If you're on Fiber 500 at $69.90/mo, that's $69.90 off your next bill. If you've referred multiple friends in the same month, the credits stack.
When does the credit appear on my bill?
Within 7 days of your friend hitting the 30-day mark. You'll see it as a line item on your next invoice labelled "Referral credit — [your friend's first name]".
Is there a cap on how many friends I can refer?
No cap. Refer one friend, refer fifty — each one earns you another free month. If you happen to refer enough mates to cover your bill outright, your account simply rolls a credit balance forward.
Do my friends get anything?
Yes — anyone you refer gets the standard SUPA 3-month promo pricing on whichever plan they pick. Same deal as the public site, no catches.
What happens after I submit the form?
Your referral is emailed straight to our team at info@vocphone.com with your details and your friend's. We'll reach out to them to get them set up on a SUPA plan, and we'll attach the referral to your account so your free month is locked in.
Do referrals expire?
No. Once your friend signs up, the 30-day qualifying period starts immediately. As long as they remain connected through that window, the credit is yours.
