How does VOCPhone's pricing work?
Pricing is built up from what you actually need — users, phone lines, add-ons like SMS, video, AI agents and call recording. Use the DIY calculator above to see your exact monthly cost, or send your current bill and we'll cost a tailored equivalent.
Are there any setup, porting or hidden fees?
No. Setup is free. Number porting is free. The price you see in the calculator is the price you pay — no activation, connection or "establishment" fees tacked on later.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Every plan is month-to-month, billed by direct debit. You can scale up, scale down or cancel at any time.
What's included with every user?
Unlimited calls to other VOCPhone users in your business, the desktop & mobile apps, voicemail-to-email, smart routing, video calls and access to the customer portal. Optional extras like AI agents and unlimited external call packs are added per plan.
Can I add or remove users later?
Yes — instantly. Add a user from the customer portal and they're live in seconds, billed pro rata. Remove one and you stop paying for them on the next billing cycle.
Do you actually price-match?
Yes, on apples-for-apples cloud voice services. Send us a recent phone bill or quote (info@vocphone.com) and we'll respond with a written, line-by-line comparison within one business day.
What happens if I want to cancel?
Give us 30 days notice in writing. We'll port your numbers out to wherever you're going (free), close the account and that's it. We're not in the business of trapping people.
